PRIMAL DEFENSEÔ ‑ Tips for Best Results

What is Primal DefenseÔ?
Primal DefenseÔ is a probiotic product made up of Homeostatic Soil OrganismsÔ (HSOs), pre‑digested green super foods, and ionic minerals. It is available in caplets or powder form. One caplet is equal to one level scoop of powder and breakdown occurs in less then 15 minutes. You can test this yourself in a glass of water. Primal DefenseÔ is a vegetarian product and is gluten free.

Dosage: It is recommended to take Primal DefenseÔ by itself 20 minutes to one hour before meals. Begin gradually with 1 caplet daily for the first week (with Candida issues or severe  immune system dysfunctions, 1/2 caplet daily). After the initial period, increase 1 caplet daily each week (i.e. 2 caplets/daily 2nd week, 3 caplets/daily 3rd week, etc.)

For the total program, maintain this schedule and gradually increase to 6 to 12 caplets or scoops daily for 3 months. With Candida and severe immune system issues, 6 or more months would be recommended. The maintenance program would involve gradual reduction to 3 caplets per day.

Some detoxification reactions may occur due to toxins that are dormant in the system. This is a normal reaction. These reactions can manifest in the form of mild headaches, constipation, diarrhea, acne, mild flu conditions, etc. If this should occur, decrease the amount taken and increase your water consumption. For severe diarrhea, discontinue use for a day or two.

Drinking more water helps your colon flush and eliminate the toxins from your system! For stubborn constipation, we recommend a mild colon cleanser or a high quality fiber product. You may also consult with a certified colon hydrotherapist.

PROHIBITIONS* The following guidelines should be observed:

1. NO CHLORINATED WATER. Chlorine can kill beneficial bacteria in the body.

2. NO HARSH HERBAL COLON CLEANSES. These may be too invasive and interfere with the bacterial balance.

3. NO HERBAL PARASITE KILLERS. Primal DefenseÔ will assist the body with the elimination of parasites. Some herbal parasite killers may interfere with the soil organisms' ability to colonize.

4. ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS. It is believed that antibiotics MAY kill much of the bacteria in the GI track, although some strains may survive. There's no definitive research on this subject: the developing biochemist recommends continuing to take Primal DefenseÔ (as far apart from the antibiotic ingestion as possible) and to increase the serving after the antibiotics.

5. Do not take Primal DefenseÔ within several hours of other medications.

6. DO NOT DISCONTINUE MEDICATIONS WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF YOUR PHYSICIAN.

LIFESTYLE ADJUSTMENTS

1. DECREASE COFFEE consumption. The acid in coffee may interfere with the bacterial environment.

2. DECREASE SUGAR and PROCESSED CARBOHYDRATES (including pasta). Sugars feed parasites and contribute to yeast overgrowth. Sugars also complicate conditions including diabetes.

3. INCREASE FRESH VEGETABLE consumption. This will facilitate good elimination.

4. CONSUME PERFECT FOODÔ CAPLETS OR POWDER as a source of high quality nutrients.

5. INCREASE WATER consumption. Water helps flush toxins from the body to prevent re‑absorption.

OTHER SUPPLEMENTS OR MEDICATION

Primal DefenseÔ may enhance absorption of nutrients and medications. You will need to monitor any medication as assisted by your physician.
